Diamond Grinder Operator

Grinder operators are responsible for operating and maintaining a variety of equipment ranging from 3' - 4' cutting widths. You are assigned your own semi-tractor to drive the equipment to and from project sites. Enjoy changing work locations and environments. Comfortable working with others and being the lead on projects. Good communication skills are important so to effectively communicate with our customers and other SEG employees.  

Bridge Deck Groover Operator

Bridge deck groover operators are responsible for cutting grooves into the driving surfaces of bridge decks for water drainage and traction. You are assigned your own sem-tractor to drive the equipment to and from project sites. Enjoy changing work locations and environments. Comfortable working with others as well as alone. Good communications skills are important so to effectively communicate and represent SEG to our customers.

Water Tanker Driver

Water tanker drivers are assigned your own semi-tractor. Your responsible for supporting the grinding operation with water and collecting the slurry produced from the operation. Filling, providing, and washing out your tanker multiple times per shift is required. Enjoy changing work locations and environments. Comfortable with a routine and taking directions from others. 

Required Qualifications

  • Class A CDL with tanker endorsement
  • Current DOT medical card
  • Good driving record
  • Pre-employment drug screen
  • 21 years or older
  • Travel required
  • Mechanical ability a plus
  • Safety minded
  • Ability to lift and carry 50lbs
  • Self starter with limited supervision
